Terms and conditions for online orders
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully - you may wish to print this page out for future reference.
General
1. Company Details :

Fizgig Glass is not currently registered for VAT.

3. The web site, its contents, terms and conditions and contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Those who access the site from other locations are responsible for compliance with their local laws and taxes as applicable.
4. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
5. Fizgig Glass does not accept any responsibility for any web site not under our control, which may act as a portal to our site or be connected by a link with our site.
6. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
7. Any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales under English Law.
8. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you. We recommend that you print and keep a copy of these terms and conditions.
Ordering
9. All prices are shown in GB Pounds Sterling and do not include VAT as Fizgig Glass/Anna French is not currently registered for VAT. Delivery will be charged separately at a rate of 2 GB Pounds Sterling. For orders of 24 GB Pounds Sterling and over, delivery in the UK will be FREE.
10. By clicking the ‘Next’ button to submit your order on the checkout screen you are offering to buy goods at the price stated subject to our terms and conditions.
11. A binding contract is formed only when you receive confirmation from us that your order has been accepted. You may cancel your order in writing (including by e-mail) within 7 working days of receiving your goods and will receive a full refund including cost of return postage (UK orders only) providing you take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and return the goods by Royal Mail special delivery.
12. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Fizgig Glass shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
Payment
13. Fizgig Glass accepts credit/debit card payments using Paypal.
14. We accept payments from the following UK issued cards, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Visa Debit, and Visa Electron.
15. When ordering your goods, a small padlock appearing in the lower right hand corner of your browser window will illustrate the security of this connection. If you are still concerned about providing your credit card details online, we are happy to accept payment by cheque.
16. Cheques should be made out in GB Pounds Sterling to Fizgig Glass and can be posted to the following address: Fizgig Glass, Mercury House, Shipstones Business Centre, Northgate, New Basford, Nottingham, NG7 7FN. Your order will be sent as soon as your cheque has cleared our account, usually within 4 days.
17. To order goods you must be least 18 years of age.
18. Fizgig Glass reserves the right to refuse the supply of goods at its discretion.
Delivery
19. Orders will be despatched within 2 working days of payment being cleared. If there is a delay for any reason we will let you know by e-mail.
20. All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and will require a signature on delivery. It also means that we can track and trace your order at any point in the delivery process. Postage is FREE for all orders of 24 GB Pounds Sterling and over.
21. If you need, or would like, a guaranteed next day delivery, you have the option to change to Special Delivery. Select the ‘Special Delivery’ option when ordering. The charge for this will be £4.10. For guaranteed Saturday delivery, select the ‘Guaranteed Saturday Delivery’ option; cost £6.10.
22. Any items that are temporarily out of stock, or which need to be made to order, will normally despatched within 7 days.
23. All orders will be sent out in hard gift boxes and packed in a padded envelope.
24. If your goods do not arrive when expected and you suspect they have been lost in transit, please contact us by e-mail immediately and, subject to the carrier’s confirmation of the loss, we will resend your order.
Returning goods
25. Under our 30 day no-quibble money back guarantee, if for any reason you not entirely happy with your purchase Fizgig Glass will give a full refund, provided that you have maintained the goods in reasonable condition and returned them to us, by Royal Mail Special Delivery, within 30 days of you having received them. This does not affect your statutory rights. We do not provide refunds or exchange items which have been custom made to fulfill an order.
26. Please check the goods on delivery. If goods are delivered damaged or faulty you must inform us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange collection and replacement at our expense. This clause also applies to earrings. If you do not inform us within 7 working days, we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Specification
27. We have endeavoured to ensure that all descriptions of size, weight, and dimensions are correct but, because all Fizgig Glass products are handmade, these measurements are for guidance only.
Privacy
28. We are 100% committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Our customer base is completely private and confidential, and we do not make any details available to any other companies for any purpose.
29. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
30. The type of information we collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law.
31. We do not supply or sell customers’ details to any third party. Fizgig Glass will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it is possible to do so to keep all details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.
32. We will not e-mail you in the future unless it is to respond to any comments or complaints you may have, or unless you have opted in to receive e-mailings about craft fairs and events that will be attended by Fizgig Glass.
